A sugar cube is pure sugar, and we all know sugar is bad for you. It’s like drug we can’t quit. It’s addictive, and it probably makes you die young. But stop thinking about it. Go into the Zone. How does it make you FEEL? Good? Really good? Okay, maybe not as a good as a higher pedigree of sugar like a prime piece of Swiss Chocolate, or a scoop of McConnel’s top of the line, vanilla bean ice cream, but still pretty damn okay, and one thing is indisputable, you have to agree; a sugar cube is definitely, 100 percent SWEET... and so are our films.

Hello! I’m Justin Floyd, the founder of SUGARCUBE and a bona fide Los Angeles Angeleno. My story? Picture this: A kid, steeped in the melting pot of LA, where dreams are as common as traffic jams, and where I became addicted to filmmaking. Fast forward to the 2015 Academy Awards, where my short film "The Center” landed me on the Oscar stage, and no, not as a seat filler!
Sugarcube isn't just a name; it's a philosophy. Each side of a sugar cube represents a core aspect of our craft - Creativity, Storytelling, Collaboration, Passion, Persistence and Impact...
